Welcome TheIntercooler! (Mind if I call you TI?)

Glad to see this project continued, and I hope that you are able to add your ideas to the game! Look forward to seeing more of this project ;D

The games coming along nicely.

Added:

Added a few new car models, a hummer and a jeep.
Smooth zoom
Re-skinned all ammo and health pickups
Added various signs and objects to add detail to the game
Added multi-player option to the game (have to adjust master server list)

Fixed:

Fixed sniper rifle and rocket launcher glitch
Fixed no texture error
Blocked off buildings that aren't complete

What is needed:
Someone to go over the code for me to clean out anything that is not being used in order to make adding and fixing issues a bit less of an issue.
I'm also looking for someone to animate throwing grenades so I can change out the grenade launcher for hand thrown instead

Pics and more on our ModDB site or TheIntercooler.com

I've seen the work TI and it's fantastic!

How is the alpha going to be tested? With a closed group? And if so, can we ask to participate?

Yes you can! Anyone can test the game, there is a current version on our website theintercooler.com the next version will be out next week. Ill post it as soon as it comes out.

There is a few things I'd like to do but I haven't been able to do its more in the lines of coding.

I'd like to move the health and armor meter to the top left of the screen and turn the radar on.

The issue is that the games in single player mode that normally doesn't have a radar but I'm trying to see if I can get it added in.

Other then that, Ive been working on map details with various models as well as adding more zombies to the game. Currently there are just over 200 zombies in game and I still have the sewer, *censored* and 4 buildings blocked off.

The game will get there, just is going to take time due to only myself working on it and cork assisting when he can.

For those interested in alpha testing http://sourceforge.net/projects/rrevolution/

If anyone would be kind enough to help me spice up the menu.cfg I'd appreciate it! It just looks a bit bland and too flat.

Id really like to get my tips.cfg to load on the screen properly.

We at TheIntercooler Games have recently hit a point in our game development that we could use a hand. We have come a long way over the last few months and interest in this project has really taken off.

With that in mind we are looking for a few good people to join our team and help with taking this game to the next level. All positions are listed below, if interested email us @ admin@theintercooler(dot)com

Coder(s):
We are looking for someone(s) that is familiar with the Cube 2 engine and is able to add and remove things easily. We are looking for someone to rework the main menu a bit as well as add some other features to really update the overall feel of the default engine.

Modeler(s):
We are looking for someone(s) that is interested in making new weapons as well as more zombie models for the game. Re-skinning is ok as well, as long as the models still function as expected to.

The game runs of Quake 2 and Quake 3 models .md2 and .md3 as well as a few others but those are the biggest types being used. Any familiarity with these model types is a plus.

Overall this is a great project to get being, with over 20k views to our pages and 140+ followers this game has already shown its potential and We'd love to have you along for the ride.

Hello chap, I'd be willing to Model and Texture 'em for you, But, due to some constraints, I won't be able to right now.
