It's alright. The more time you spend in forums the more experienced you get with them. Most forums have roughly the same sort of rules so you won't need to read them so much once you're used to them.

Is it that annoying that people say "Help" in their title? it really wouldn't matter if we knew the subject we would help them any ways?. But it is a rule and it does get annoying at times.

Yes. Having something specific for the title helps other people who also need help in the same area. It stops the same questions being asked over and over again.

It's also nice to have some idea of how to answer the question before you even read the full description of it.
