When i click on the Register button on the main page it says the page cannot be found, so i can't register & i need to be registered in order to download sandbox.

Any idea why it's not showing?

I don't know, but I'm assuming it's temporary. Try again later, or something :P
Also, you don't need to register to download it, just go to the download page, and click on the link with the version you want.

I tried just clicking the download link but it said the Id couldn't be found, i thought that meant my account ID
