and where could i find that? and more to the point is it fairly easy to use compared with any other script builder?

Yes, simply because there is no other script builder for Cubescript.

Easy Script Builder

Although I'd start learning Cubescript before actually trying anything...

Did you click on the link? If so, download Leo's 0.1.5 version.

If you're talking about Cubescript in general, there are loads of tutorials around the forum.
