Here is a run at a halloween sky. Also, I'm taking suggestions on a Halloween sky. Check this one out plus readme file is included.
Picture included from the game. I will be working on the painting frames too...

could you try putting the clouds either in a separate cloudbox or a cloudlayer?
This is not a url, clicking it is pointless
