I am look for a good 3D rpg game maker that...

I can sell and let friends play but what I really need to know is

1.) how to make the game view in 3rd Person view instead of 1st person view
2.) how far is the scripting limits of this program like with using scripts can i make a action rpg game where you fight enemys kind of like Serect of mana but in 3d
3.) is there any limits graphical wise in the 3d part ?

PS: I like the default music selection in the jukebox btw !

3)No, but You might have to make/supply your own models

I'm also going to tell you that if you want to sell it, take to mike first for all the legal issuses
