i have been searching for a program that lets me create a model in that extension, but i haven't found it.
can someone tell me about any program to make md2, md3 or md5 models please?

theres a script in blender that turns them into MD3 but IDK how to use it

yeah, Blender's really good, it does take time to learn though
However, Blender can export models as md2, md3, md5 and .obj models, all of which are supported by Sandbox.
Google Sketchup and Wings3d are also good modelers from what I've heard, not entirely sure about what formats they export though...

Google Sketchup: *.dae (Collada) *.kmz (Google Map)
Google Sketchup is Simple and user friendly. You can import *.dae into Blender for final rendering, Animation and Exporting into Sandbox. It is also Free.
3D Studio Max is Simple, fast and User Friendly. You can import just about every model format for Rendering, Animation and Exporting into Sandbox. There are plugins that can be used to export to MD2/3/5 although the bump and normal maps tend to fail so it is advised that you use an external Image - Normal/Bump Map converter. Fortunately, 3Ds Max can be used to create realistic models at correct proportions. Unfortunately, 3Ds Max is available to you at: $3000/£3000.
My advice would be to use Google Sketchup to design the model, and Blender to Render/Animate and Export the model.

I have made few models using blender put them in my game. Though not sure about other softwares that work. Also becareful what software you use because if your bring your model and convert it to the md2 md3 and md5 format you can lose all your color have experenced that before.
