Actually I'm a pretty sweet mapper when I take my time and set my mind on it! (Hence my secret project's time consuming schedule 
)
I haven't taken any time to "learn the ropes" with Garageband. But I can remix stuff, so if you guys wanna give me a zip for any music... just a simple loop, I could make it a longer version, make it fade out, edit it etc. As for models, well... I'm gonna check out Truspace, Google Sketchup and the latest (albeit unstable ) version of Blender... Find which one works for me!
(Supposedly the latest UI for Blender is easy to use for noobs like me! ) I just can't really get onto the computer that often for things like modeling, so I'd have to find one I'm really good at...

Okay. Music can be fast paced. But try to avoid making them too fast. Avoid Remixes.
