Hello, i somehow deleted my map frame but someone made a new better one while i deleted it somehow, so i recovered it, BUT idk where it goes in the data folder, under ____ , above ______

No, It goes in "data/loadingscreen" or "data/hud/*themefolder*"

Should be there...
