Registar menu and login

So i made a registar and login box
looks like this

Registar

Username: (THEN A BOX HERE)
Password: ( THEN A BOX HERE)
Email: (THEN A BOX HERE)
Sumbit

-----------------
Then for the login

Username: (THEN A BOX HERE)
Password: ( THEN A BOX HERE)
Login

How do i make it wher ewhen you press SUMBIT On the registar it will make a new .txt and then it will put user and pass in there some where in the game files
then when you go to the login it will read the user and pass and then login if its wrong user id or pw it will go to error user or pass is wrong
How do i do that

I'm not sure about save data, but the code word guifield can specify an area to type in names, etc. It's a complicated matter, though.

Never mind i already made it..

Still need the save username in .txt thing
