does not work when i run the program is fully freezes pc, only restart helps.

First of all, please don't title your topic "please help" as described by the Forum Rules.
Second, the newest version of Sandbox is 2.7.1, try installing that first. Your computer may not have the right hardware for running Sandbox, make sure video cards and the like are up to date.

Yeah "freezing" is usually due to poor video drivers.
