lol im kinda new to this so i was wondering how do u make people talk and give u quests and sell u stuff.

If I were you, I'd take a look at the Sandbox FAQ, under the "Editing" section.

I think there's also another forum topic under "Tutorials and Resources" called "Shop Example Script"

If you want, you can check out my scripts in the game TGC.
You must open the file packages/base/Chapter_I with a text editor or scripts editor
