Is this the tool for me?

I want to create a game. Big size maps. FPS/TPS. Guns. Dedicated server. I wanna progress on having fun making the game, not have to learn hard language. Possible to find resources. Import models like these: http://www.dexsoft-games.com/models/index.html etc.

Is it possible here?
