My C++ knowledge is not great, my biggest languages are C# and PHP.
I have basic knowledge of C++, but never moved on from there.

It only took me some quick reading to understand some Cubescript, its not too difficult compared to other languages.

Depends on the language.
I believe sandbox is done in C++, which I have little knowledge of, I have been doing some basic stuff with Cubescript, but its still a little confusing(I have only done 2 things with it: a talking person and a locked door that needs a key).
