Re: Twisted Wonderland

WHOA

That's the best map I've ever seen made with PAS. You HAVE to make a game out of this!

Increase distance?

Ok. I have a big map I'm making. You start out fairly high and slowly go down into a huge pit filled with lava. I have walls surrounding the whole pit. Here's my question: can I increase the viewable distance of the map? The walls surrounding the pit look weird with the skybox I have (and I want to ...

Re: A fractal and a house

The house is pretty good. Though I tend to like going with one solid theme in a house, and not having a ton of different colors.

Like Image this.

I admire your work, though! :)

Re: Messed up wish

Wish granted, but you barf from too much pizza... :?

I wish Doctor Who was an American show so I could watch it online as it comes out instead of waiting for the whole season to release... PHEW. Long sentence.

Beorn's Projects (including TARDIS)

After watching about 3 episodes of Doctor Who last night, while analyzing the TARDIS, I decided to attempt making one--inside and out. Which is hard when the inside is bigger than the outside ;)

Will post my progress.

Need help transfering old maps to new version

Now that 2.5 is out, I need to transfer one or more of my maps. I'm not quite sure how to do it, but I think I have an idea: in the 2.4 I went from PlatinumArtsSandBox2.4 --> my_stuff --> packages --> base. Do I move all the contents inside this to the same place in the new version?

Greetings from Beorn

Well, I've already made a few posts, but I haven't really introduced myself. I'm Beorn, and I really like SandBox, and feel that I'm starting to get the hang of it (on the non-technical end, so world-building). I really want to become a game developer, though I know next to zilch about making games,...

Updating troubles

Well, I know a bit more than zilch about making games, but I know I love doing it... Anyway, I'm not really sure how to update the game. Every time I try to download new content, it doesn't show up in the game. I've figured that it must have to be done manually with all the files, but I'm not entire...

Water issues

I've been having some water difficulties. There isn't anything wrong with it, but I just need help. I can put water in a regular hole that's flat on all sides fine. But I'm having trouble doing it in rough ground. Especially when it's deep, because it will only fill a few layers. If I try putting it...
