Okay then, what I would do then is reinstall Windows, selecting to do a clean install, which should format the hard drive. ;)

Whoa! You're planning on re-formatting your hard drive? Have you backed anything up yet? Formatting will erase ALL of the data on your computer. Okay Onwexry, I'd like to have you try something:

Try from the Intel site (you need the mobile version). Here's an in case the first doesn't work).

Before you use this, (though you shouldn't run into any problems) just in case. ;)
