I don't know, Maybe we can have some kind of shape generator where you can choose which material, how big and which texture to use with it. I wonder if that is hard to make and if it would work with cube 2 engine.

I've noticed i've been seeing this a little in my map... rev1 look in Control Panel >System to find out what graphics card you have.
