Re: How to remove "fps" from game-screen?

You have to learn to use Blender. PAS can not create models and/or create animations, what you do can do (I think) is to create paths that the characters should follow.

Re: Add more animations to a model

Well, adding animations to a model means you have to use Blender (External program). I tried to use Blender but... hel 'tis a bunch of raw meat.

Re: System Requirements?

Sorry to say this, but it IS your hardware, screen glitches like those you describe are caused by wrong/conflictive hardware-driver configuration. I tried running PAS 2.8 on a mini-laptop that the government gives to the secondary students, with "Chakra 2012 Linux" and Wine 1.x and it ran ...

Re: System Requirements?

Well... about graphics card (The most important, I believe) you need more than 64MB integrated graphics, about RAM I think 1GB will allow you to operate, and free space disk for saved data (Levels and such). I'm running WinXP so I can't really say what's good and what's not under Vista, but surely I...

Camera Perspective

Hi there sandboxers.

I want to know if it is possible to change the camera perspective on third person mode from the default position to "shoulder" position, like on Resident Evil 4 PC, or San Andreas when you're aiming with the right-click.

thanks in advance.

Re: best 3d game

You could try Silent Hill 2, it only requires 64MB of graphics card. Or Serius Sam, or maybe Open Arena (Based on Quake III)

Re: Official Sandbox Wishlist Thread

Dear Sandbox god, I wish an easier way to import models and make RPG and FPS models available for both game modes, I mean, when you are creating a map on FPS mode you only have a few enemies to add to the scene, but there are more on the RPG mode, like the Zombie. Something like just adding the mode...

Re: am i in the right place?

Randomly placed objects? Well, I don't know if that can be done since Sandbox places objects such as entities the same way as like making a building, maybe there's a script out there where the entity location turns into a variable with a random location. And about other engines, have you tried Gamem...
