How big is the filesize? If it wasn't at least higher than 400mb, I would say you had trouble downloading it. Other than that if the filename is as you told PlatinumArtsSandbox2.8 (1).2SchoolEditionWindows[1] without .exe extension maybe it was because of the naming fault. Mine was named PlatinumArt...

The rpg is different from the fps mode. Other than maps it also had games. You'll learn this eventually. And you're welcome.

I assume you're using RPG mode. You'll to start a game first from menu like the Default or mystara game. Once in the game, open the console and enter this command,

/map yourmapname

If everything goes right you will load your map.

I do know it is possible. I just do it in my own way. I'm a modeler so I think of it on the model package side rather than the engine side.
Thank you very much for the information Hirato. Maybe I'll make another version of this tutorial base on your suggestion.

Yes, that is how the system work in the RPG mode. The model change as the item change.

You can attach it right to the model but of course it won't change if you switch weapon. That is what I like about the RPG mode that you can switch model with script.

I had added some more model into the drive. There should now be a crossbow and my own version of Rocket Launcher which is basically a portable cannon. As you can see, it is still consistent to the Steampunk theme and might as well use it for such game. I might also donate characters next and a whole...

Thanks Defunctul :) There is a lack of tutorial on that matter. It is simple enough when you get used to it and it doesn't really involved the empties. If you ever see any old Sauer tutorial regarding this, they did say empties but when I import some of it working model into Blender like CaptainCann...

I just can't wait to see them. There will be more project after PAS 3.0 release I think. More opportunity this year to see some game made with these engine. I am waiting for the release since I'm desperate for only one feature that lack in others that I need. We will see...
