The Texture menu is F2 in Editmode. I'm not sure why you would be using y :P The reason it only applies to one side is because you have selected the other sides of the house. It's that simple. And yeah, the cursor is blue, you don't really need to worry about that as it's changed a couple of times b...

When you've selected your wall (or whatever you want selected), you enter what CP wrote. You DON'T use ###. Those are symbols that represent numbers, therefore, you replace them with whatever number you want.

RPG is set up differently then FPS.

RPG has a whole folder section dedicated to the RPG critters, triggers, entities, etc, etc. In the RPG case, each of those are in different folders, and in each folder are the scripts (in .cfg form).

FPS is all done in the map .cfg like you mentioned.
