Possibly not with Movie Recorder. However, there are various movie editors out there (depending on the operating system you use) where you could input the video then add voice over and save the whole thing. You might consider that as an alternative.

GCC and G++ also needed. Compile works well. New Menu: Some good, some bad. Better looking, better organized (to a point). Down side is hitting EXIT takes you out with no chance to save.
