Java and Acrones,
Thanks guys for replying so quickly. I should have realized that I had placed my problem in the wrong area. Just after I hit "submit". Isn't that the way? Anyway thanks for the advice and the site link.

Spacecraft
Hey guys, I am running SB 2.7.0 on Linux and am interested in importing a spacecraft model. First of all, I am NOT creating a simulator. I am trying to make a game where the player locates a transporter to access a hovering spacecraft, perform a series of tasks, and escapes before destruction. Does ...

Re: Curious Monitor Problem
I read very few books. Mainly Linux magazines and computer software related books. So, to answer your question. No, I have not read Alice in Wonderland.

Re: Curious Monitor Problem
Your definition of curious seems to be correct. The phrases, "That's strange." or "That's weird.", could also imply the the same idea as "That's curious". I would be comfortable with using all three words interchangeably. But yes, you are correct. Have a great day. Rega...

Re: Curious Monitor Problem
Lzrstrm,
You were probably right. Since I loaded 2.6.1 , I have rebuilt my PC, after a fatal HD crash, and am currently running with SB 2.7. All seems to be running like clockwork. But, I still wish to thank you for your assistance.

Curious Monitor Problem
Just re-installed 2.6.1 on my Linux box and have noticed an annoying side-effect / problem.
My screen is formatted to 1280x1024 but when I exit SB the screen resolution is changed to 640x480.
Has anybody experienced this problem B4? If so, any suggestions on a fix?
Regards

Re: Static Models
chocolatepie33,
I have hit another snag. My PC died and lost every file on my system. Oh well, back to square one. As soon as I re-install SB and my md2 files, I will experiment with the info you have provided. Thank you also for replying.

DrChef,
Thank you for replying.
The problem still exists and will probably be solved by more research and searching the Forum. The information that you have linked to is most valued and I will attempt to make good use of it.
Again, thank you for replying.
