I found the above method had its problems Here's another method of installing your new custom sound into the game's TheLand-art.cfg file. - Play PAS - "editmode" - "Esc" (menu) - "Edit GUI" - "Edit cfg" (or something like that. it's the last choice). this area...

the .gui menu does not allow you to go above 20. However, if you type in
newent sound (index #) (radius) (listen radius)
You can type in index numbers higher than 20. It's a bit of a pain entering each sound entity seperately, but I see no other way around it.
