As an FYI, this is already a board rule.

rules.php#rule1c

It's getting bad enough with people disregarding it, so it may be enforced in the near future with topic locks on support requests that do not obey this rule.

Yep, that definitely works. Just be sure to have the "Decline" button present, and if it is clicked it should immediately shut down the program and not make any file-writes/changes/further dialog boxes/etc.

Actually, I think you can pass some parameters to the sandbox_unix file to have it start up in RPG mode; I may be mistaken however.
