Mike, If you're talking about dialogue system, In theory, I can abuse the cutscene system and let the chat system to initiate the script for it. I'm planning to make a JRPG style dialogue system with potrait picture and stuff. Maybe I'll try it this week.

if you put the texture in the in the same directory.

the problem is with this part ./spacerocket, it is incorrect, if you have the tex in higher directory than the model it should be
../texname.tga
notice that it have two dots? That should solve your problem. :3

May I ask a question regarding the model. Does the model use multiple textures? And can you include the model cfg so that i can see it in details.

You're using the RPG mode or the FPS mode? The spawn point in fps during multiplayer mode have 3 state, 0 for neutral, 1 for blue team and 2 for the re team. as I quess :D so you want to know the view height range. This one is a little weird for me too... In RPG you can set it to more than 1.0 or lower. Such as 1.3 or -0.9 so that you're playermodel can have a view point higher that. But! I can't the reason why it doesn't work in FPS mode... They suppose...

Well, Ai directives in RPG mode and Lamiea aren't fully implemented yet based on the wiki. Simple command such as wander, attack, alert and move are already in but the source code revealed that Hirato do had other directives such as guard, follow in Lamiae src, so maybe we can have an NPC to team up...

2.5k is really low poly for character really, my model avg at 3k for char and 0.5k for mapmodel. Even the one included with the engine such the rc had 2k of vert. As for the anim, for it to look perfect, the anim shouldn't move from origin place. It must be anim at the origin.
