For the record let's keep this thread as on topic as possible.

A screenshot may be up within a day or two!

First screenshot is UP! Go check it out on the first post under Media!

NOTE: This is still early development. The textures are temporary and the fact that I've gotten so much done already is amazing.

Update! Check the first page and post for the media!

Note: It's the same shot, just different textures. Looks much better.

11:11 P.M.

Well, here's an update: http://steamcommunity.com/id/arcones107 ... 13082632/?

Took longer than expected to get working on the inside, but already I have about 50% of it complete. That's about 2-3 hours of work. Looking fabulous so far, and I can't wait to release a WIP for you guys!

Feedback is welcome!

Globe Theater. Shakespeare’s masterpiece of design for a theater of that period. Are you taking this from actual plans and descriptions?

Yessir!

Most of the project itself is based on the pictures I have seen around the web/a diagram I found. Also, I couldn't find any visible means of getting up to the second and third levels so I figured it had to be stairs somewhere near the individual boxes on each level. That said, I'm kinda sorry how the pictures turned out, they were a bit too dark.

Regardless, expect a release once I lighten the area up :)

You might also find http://www.shakespearesglobe.com/about-us/virtual-tour to be of interest, though admittedly the scenes go by rather fast, they can be paused. Particularly of interest might be the stage. And well done on what you've accomplished so far.

Thanks Tyche! That's phenomenal! I hope I can make some revisions using the VT in order to make the building a bit more correct.

Just to update you guys.

I've added more lightmaps and some glowy-orb particles simply because I needed more light. Hopefully it won't detract too much from the building, although I wouldn't mind if Kid or Hirato would take a gander at it to see if it's too much. Anyway, I'm placing the setting at sunset so it'll be a bit darker elsewhere on the map. Further updates should be coming soon.
