If you're smart, you'll use a local Git repository and commit the changes as you go, so you can also have previous versions of the map. But that's kinda difficult in and of itself.

Or even smarter, just make a local SVN repo, and make sure to back it on other hd or thumbdrive and/or send it to your e-mail. If you would like, I would be happy to host backups on the sandbox server.

It looks like your maps could use some texturing love, but beyond that they look quite interesting! I can't wait to play this game! Take care and best of luck in it!

Just finished playing your map I love your GUI theme and the menu layout and the game play!, but first let me share some of the things that I found annoying,

(1) Check Points: This definitely needs to be added since if you die you start all the way back at the start of the map which is really annoying.

(2) Where's the player?: Why can't you see the player? Using “9” to switch to view the character doesn’t work?, Do you want that?.

(3) Lights: At some points in the game it seems too dark, some people like to run in the dark and others find it meaningless.

(4) Repeatable Text: If you could make it to where it shows the text only once it would be best repeatable text is just irritating.

(5) No Texture Warnings: I noticed I see icons that show no texture you should fix that in your next release.

(6) Quest: For the character Kevin does it suppose to say kevin5? Or is that a mistake?.

(7) Dieing Message: When you die you should create a death message, there already is one at the top left of your screen but its too small and unnoticeable.
___________________________________________

Small things but nothing that can’t be fixed easily, it seems like you have put allot of work into this project let me know if you need any music or simple models I can help you there and keep up the good work!.

@GR1M:

First of all, thank you very much for your feedback!!!
I'm glad to see that i'm not working for nothing :D

(1). The checkpoint system will be implemented in the next release. The first release was realy short. I don't think it was necessary...

(2). Yes, I want that.......but i'm at work for a playermodel but I think this will not be implemented very soon.... For now I let it so.

(3). My intent is to create at first, a world where the player is confused and don't knows where he is. But if it's too dark I'll do something :D

(4). I'll find the solution.....

(5). I'll fix that in the next release...

(6). It's not a mistake... I create one gui for every dialog. I'll change this....

(7). I'll see what I can do...

Thanks, one more time, for your feedback.

I can use some help. I'd need so many models as possible. I really want to create a very realistic world!!!
