I'm sorry to annunce that the release of the first chapter version is delayed :evil:
I must do the things with calm, because I want to make the world more detailed as possible...

I have finished just 40 % of the first chapter =( But when I'm finish with all, you can expect a big thing :!:
I also have made a funny game tutorial :D

It's a very nice game to play. And it's also a tutorial for newcomers like me.

I have a question to you. How do you add the check points in the game?

I have seen that though I can insert a checkpoint (/newent checkpoint) in the map, it's only working when I replaced the sandbox_rpg.exe.
So, I think you have changed something in the source file and recompile it.

Could you please tell me the changes ? As I want that also in the linux binary.

Hi dassoubarna,

1. The ingame checkpoints are only in the v0.081 (not v0.080)

2. The game is compiled and made only in the rpg mode, and will only run in the rpg mode(it's almost impossible to play it in another mode).

3. If you want to compile it for linux, you must download the last SVN, (v0.081 uses the SVN 1228(it should works with a higher version too) and compile the rpg mode. Then you can play the game...

i've been bad... I started already >_>

this is the savegame code for the RPG thus far

it currently saves most things; by that I mean everything except dialogue and aliases
I'll eventually make RPG specific alias commands, which you should use if you want your stuff saved...

I'll leave it to you to figure out, should be mostly understandable

Much thanks to the Sandbox Team. The game creation is going to much well :o
So, I think that I can do at this point of the project almost everything that I want!!!!

If you want to make light with a torch, you will need the follow objects... 8-)

If you want some wood pieces you must buy/find/become a saw, and then you can obtain
from some trees ... ... ... ... ;)
