Oh yeah i can help you :)
In edit mode press h and you see the square change to color green.
Scroll the mouse wheel up and down and you make a hill or hole! (f3 in hill-mode to enter in tools menu)
Using the hill-mode tools you can make perfects mountains!
I think i can help whit this. :D
