Definitely, although if Google themselves doesn't have the right programs, they might use blender as it's pretty well known and one of the most powerful modeling softwares (which also includes animations, and other goodies!)

I heard that Google is making their own internet service having the speeds around 1g a second something crazy like that. I see they are still trying to concur the world.

Well its crazy i don't know if you heard but Google is "recruiting" asking people if they want to try out their new service. And even one city changed their name to Google! in order to receive this service. Didn't you notice Google had changed their name for a day on April fool's to Topeka?...They said they were honoring that city which changed its name to Google.
