How do I make a clan?

Hmm, well as it's related to Sandbox (it'd be Water Wars clans) you could pm some people you think might be interested (I'm already starting one with Leo)

and you could possibly start a clan page in the Sandbox Chat area "Start a Clan here" or maybe your clan name.

My idea for the first one would be to have it, and then people toss around names and other's can join. Then once certain clans have enough members (a couple will do) you can start a chat thread for that clan
