Good question...
My answer is --- Mike accidently turned himself into a rubber frog, after coding something incorrectly, and the trigger he was making, activated, and it's effect backfired out of his computer (somehow) turning him into a rubber frog.
The person to kiss mike and turn him back, is simply Tyche
Thus concludes my theory
