I want my home back :(

We were living in railway colony. Before 11 years we bought our own home. The problem is i am so much attached with my old home as i lived my childhood there. I want to make that whole location in my computer. so i can walk around the virtual home and nearest playground.
Can i make the same world as a video game or something like that? Plz help!

Short answer, yes it is possible. However - it will take time and patience, and scanning the forums for information and asking on IRC (SERVER: irc.oftc.net , CHANNEL: #sandbox ). Also, you may have to make some of your own models, such as playground equipment, street lights, etc. Again, there is information on the forums and we're always happy to try to help on IRC
