Like some guys of u know that i had a problem with computer that i didnt get to messenger/email and cant shut down. Now i got tha same problem 
, but i think that there is something else too for one item 
When i cant make these items then i have to put only something with usb like my mp3 and i can shut down or go to messenger. Its a little crazy and it doesnt work with only messenger.
