Hello guys!
I don't remember having posted this here before but here it is

Can you help me Id this song? I ripped it from a video that I found on the web named "32_Liliana_1401105034_UAS_chara modeling.3gp" The sound is attached to this post.

I'm posting this here as I know here's some good artist who I think might help me with this... or maybe not ;)
