I recently developed a marketing plan for a development software company. If you want to better monetize this product, Illivid is certainly not the way. It means some people will not download it, and you get paid *censored* for the people that do. You exchange reputation for a marginal immediate payout.

I would also enjoy discussing a marketing plan with you. A plan that more effectively monetizes the software, while respecting the open source spirit of your existing developer community, but of course I will need to review your product first...

All you do is hit skip at the top like the instructions say, you don't need to download Illivid. What is your plan? You're right though about how terrible the payout is especially at the risk of turning people off. I have been heavily debating removing them. Thanks for your feedback. Take are.

PS also it seems to work out for the minecraft mods so that's why I figured it'd be fine for us.
