Launching Platinum Arts Sandbox

Hello! I'm having problems launching the program. When I click "CLICK_ME_TO_START" it says:

D:\PlatinumArtsSandbox2.3\CLICK_ME_TO_START.bat is not a valid Win 32 application.

When I click on: "WindowsSandboxLauncher" it says:

No handler found for image type

Can anyone please help me?
