FROM EDY MasterCHEF OGRO2.0 exe CORUPTED How do i fix this

I downloaded this MasterChefOgro2.0 exe
and it was working ok but only for a few minutes.
I tryed to click on it again nothing it is corupted..

I tryed to deleat the whole folder...i wanted to go back
on the website and re download it again.

But i can not re down load it untill i get the MasterChefOgro2.0 exe
folder out of my computer.

Once it is totaly gone....then i can go to the website and
re download it again..

It will not let me deleat the folder it says another program is running
there is no program running at all period....

so how can i get this fix the right way so i can get it re downloaded
