I fixed the problem I thought that I had the nvidia driver on it but when I upgraded to 7 it did not take the settings in. but is there a specific type of server you have to use to have people play this online?

Are you talking about Sandbox running slow, or servers? I'm kinda confused.

For the servers, just start the sandbox launcher and click on the tab that says, "Server" and change what needs to be changed!
