Help with 3rd person view

My kids and I recently starting using Platinum Arts Sandbox. When we go into third person mode on my daughter's computer, we see her character, but when we try third person on my son's computer, we don't see his character. Any ideas why this might be happening? Thank you.

Change the playermodel to see if that fixes things... If Not... Try Reinstalling sandbox over the first one. That should fix the problem.
