I've used the glass material to make boxes but I would like to know if there is a way to make a hole in it or if there's a way to get inside a glass box Ive only been able to get inside by putting water inside and with that I can't go farther than the water

Make the glass box then click in the area that you want to hollow out. Right click in another area so your selection is the area you want to delete. Press Delete and scroll inwards.

or right click the area where you want to walk through click materials and push nonclip.
