Bump maps not working for textures?

This is happening on all the textures mine and original textures? How do i make it to where the Bumps show?

Say what? Im guessing this is down to SVN?

Yes even with SVN when i first opened 2.5 the bump maps worked in certain maps now they don't work any more.
