Because... Look at HL2 and ask the same question... Pistols have more ammo than Revolvers

I think that was Rune's point... why not just have pistols? Seeing as it's.... how many year's in the future? Anyway, they wouldn't have revolvers, those would be antiques...

Its a futuristic Revolver with more power than a pistol.

Why would somebody use a pistol then? smg and stuff like that as first/second weapon and maybe revolver as second weapon, so why a pistol? I don't think I'm going to use it then

the Pistol is the Third weapon you get... Axe being the second, Laser First. The Laser has a cooldown time of around 5 seconds so it isnt such a good Idea to use that for hordes.

So in the begin I'll use Laser as first weapon, pistol at second and axe as melee? why not just make the axe under middle mouse botton like in bbc2? easier to use I think

Because Mouse 2 is secondary fire... Usually a more accurate method of firing.

I´m not talking about the right mouse button (4 zooming in games), but about the middle mouse button, you know, that scroll thing can be pressed, if you do that an axe attack I mean

He's got a good point there Leo... but I don't usually use it for things like that... I don't believe other gamers have games similar to that either. Usually it's right click or F (Halo for PC) or E (Republic Commando)

Personally, I prefer the E as it's right above "wasd" so it becomes second nature in no time
