SVN not working.

I download Tortoise and Code blocks, i create a folder and do SVN checkout and list the link. The download finishes i open up code blocks and find the path to the CBP file. It compiles and finishes and when i open up Sandbox every thing is messed up, i get no texture images, menu links are missing, shadows are messed up. I tried everything, can some one recommend something?
