Won't Download

Hello, i tried downloading both the windows version and the multiplatform version, but it says when i try to extract it with winrar, i gets errors like cannot create file because it may be corrupted or damaged, or cannot specify file

Sorry, I don't know this problem yet, could you give us the message that says it won't work?
