Building for Sandbox

Can i use the building from realm crafter on sandbox?? if so how and if not where can i get mmorpg building for free. Would make my own but im not that talent..
Make your own... Im not that talented either... But I made some "Awesome" Weapons on Google Sketch Up... All you need to do is export it to blender, then import the Model into sandbox.Would make my own but im not that talent
