Saurbraten is the cube 2 engine, sand box is based off of the cube 2 engine, so you would technically be using the cube 2 engine to make your game.

So in short, yes, you can.

Yes, you can use the Cube2 engine. The only real problem lies within the textures and models. Every texture/model has it's own licencing circumstance, but I'm pretty sure you are free to use most of the Sandbox ones.

Most of them are like "Only use with Cube2 Engine" or "Only use with Sandbox", so I'm pretty sure you're fine.
