yea - aside from the online thing i showed you, the best thing to do is to install gimp as I said, then you should download these brushes:
http://photo-shop-brush.com/splatters-s ... hy-brushes
and put them into your C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\brushes folder (If you use windows)
Then you should be able to simply paint over your texture (turn down transparency if thats what you want to do) and save it, and include it as another texture

They should make an app for itouch/ipad. That is great stuff.
