Platinum Arts Sandbox - Free 3D Game Maker Forum

I have Windows 7 and just downloaded this program. I was able to use it earlier in the day, but when I tried to use it again (I shut down my computerr) it randomly cut out and took me to the desktop, without any warning. I'm able to create and texture something though. (I'm not sure if that makes a difference though).

I'm not sure how to fix this, but I did notice a solution in a previous post (Windows 7 hates Sandbox), but I don't understand it as I'm not techincally minded.

So, if anyone has a solution or a suggestion and can explain it to me in layman's terms, that would be great.

This when you load it and the program is loading
Click a bunch of times and that should work

Turtoise SVN makes sandbox able 2 run without closing randomly (There were several people who said that, I think Leo was one of them)

Turn the shaders off, that should work

Do you have any programs running during the time or are downloading anything. Pop ups/ads or things that pop up on me cause this to happen and I have windows 7.

They also need work on the server for us to host it so we can produce our mmorpg its really getting annoying. No one can connect to me.

Again this will not work.

Windows 7 does this to most games.

And some others it will minimize after the loading is done.

All you have to do is just click alot while its loading

daltonds1, the clicking didn't seem to help me. It still closed after a while. But thanks for the suggestion.

But turning off the shaders worked great.
