I was working on a map for almost a year, and i always saved my map twice (2 different files) But this time, i saved/closed sandbox and it says a file was damaged, now both of the files are damaged because when i open then with sandbox 2.4 and 2.5, all the textures are Black... is there any way to repair this?

to recover your map use a backup file of your map every time you save a map in PAS it creates 1 map backup to look for it go to "mystuff" then "package" then "base" folder and there there will be backups of your map they will look like this "(Yourmapname)4503963.BAK" erase this part "4503963.BAK" then type .ogz at the end of it, it will look like this "(yourmapname).ogz" and thats how you can recover yourmap. dont forget to first delete the damage file(s) of your map or it will not work!

sounds if you broke the lightmaps

see if a /calclight fixes the black textures

I just name it something, then keep the name (BAK files), then the final map is resaved as a new name.
Ex: mapname ART.ogz, ART.bak. Final: ARTFINAL.ogz. Then it's renamed to Art.ogz after the others are deleted.
Got that from my Sandbox classes back in '09.

You had sandbox classes? I use that method 2, but than without saving it as the original name, but I knew it was poss, anyways, it's an useful method, but it only pretects against overwriting with another map, if your pc crashes, you've still got a problem
